My boiler is not a very popular make and model - Keston 50 - and unfortunately most boiler engineers will not carry out any servicing or repairs to it. Fantastic job, arrived on time and got down to installing our new boiler straight away. The installation was completed within 6 hours and the boiler engineer explained in simple terms everything we needed to know about how to operate our boiler and its controls. After making several calls to other local heating engineers to arrange an annual boiler service your company were the only one who bothered to answer. Your engineer turned up on time and carried out the service at a very reasonable price. He took the time to carefully inspect and service the boiler and was courteous and friendly. When our boiler broke down I called Local Boiler Repairs Glasgow after finding them on the internet. I left a voicemail on their answer phone and an engineer called me back 5 minutes later and arranged to come out straight away. He quickly found the fault and fitted the replacement part to get it back up and running. This was all completed with an hour and a half of initial contact. Having 3 young children and elderly relatives staying with us over Christmas we were extremely appreciative for the fast, professional and considerate service we received. Thanks once again.

I would like to say a big thanks for your speedy response when I called you just before midnight to come and fix my broken boiler.
